REWATER

The intelligent equipment for water and wastewater treatment REWATER® was developed by YASA ET following the principles of membrane filtration technology.

It adopts the design concept of "recycle first, treat later", which can greatly reduce the investment and operation costs, while at the same time eliminates wastewater disposal with its output of pure water.

Our equipment can be configured based on our client's water or wastewater.

YASA ET supplies RO and UF systems for a wide range of industries.

REWATER® Advantages

- Customized Design

- Integrated Modular Structure

- Automatic Operation

- Low Operating Costs

- High Efficiency for pre-treatment and post-treatment applications

YASA ET REWATER® Membrane Filtration System

Pressure driven membrane processes are by far the most widely applied membrane processes in wastewater treatment, from pre-treatment to post-treatment of wastewater. These processes rely on hydraulic pressure to achieve separation.

There are four main types of membranes that can be used for pre-treatment of after-treatment of industrial wastewaters.

These are Microfiltration (MF), Ultrafiltration (UF), Nanofiltration (NF), and Reverse Osmosis (RO). The main difference exhibited by these processes, apart from their pressure requirements, is their membrane pore sizes which can remove different pollutants as required by the wastewater to be treated.

Thanks to its design, YASA ET REWATER® equipment can be configured based on the wastewater that needs to be purified.

The machine can be equipped with Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Microfiltration (MF), and Nanofiltration (NF) membranes with pollutants reduction up to 99.8% in optimal conditions.

After the wastewater enters REWATER®, it flows in the channel formed by the membranes which filter the pollutants and let only pure water go through.

The membrane system of REWATER® has a high removal efficiency of most of the substances contained in wastewater, including heavy metals, calcium and magnesium ions, fluoride ions, COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, and oil.

Ultrafiltration Technology - UF System

YASA ET UF System is an excellent separation technology for desalination pre-treatment, reverse osmosis pre-treatment, and wastewater reclamation, as well as for producing potable water.

Ultrafiltration can be used for the removal of particulates and macromolecules from raw water to produce potable water. It has been used to either replace existing secondary (coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation) and tertiary filtration (sand filtration and chlorination) systems employed in water treatment plants or as standalone systems in isolated regions with growing populations.

When treating water with high suspended solids, UF is often integrated into the process, utilising primary (screening, flotation, filtration) and some secondary treatments as pre-treatment stages.

YASA ET UF systems are currently preferred over traditional treatment methods for the following reasons:

  • No chemicals required (aside from cleaning)

  • Constant product quality regardless of feed quality

  • Compact system size

  • Capable of exceeding regulatory standards of water quality, achieving more than 90% pathogen removal

Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration - RO System

REWATER RO system design is based on a certain range of feed water TDS, the percentage of rejection and percentage of recovery desired. For a given system, the higher the percentage of recovery or the lower the percentage of rejection, the poorer the quality of product water becomes.

The RO water purification system REWATER with a deionizer and/or several modules connected in series can produce water containing less than 0.1 ppm TDS (resistivity about 1 megohm-cm).

Reverse osmosis water treatment provides the finest level of filtration. The RO membrane acts as a barrier to all salts and inorganic molecules, as well as organic molecules with a molecular weight greater than approximately 100.

Our RO System is a highly effective process for removing contaminants such as:

  • Endotoxins/pyrogens

  • Insecticides/pesticides

  • Herbicides

  • Antibiotics

  • Nitrates

  • Sugars

  • Soluble salts

  • Metal ions

Disk Tubular Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) Filtration Systems

The Disk Tube (DT) membrane technology includes Disk Tube Reverse Osmosis (DTRO) and Disk Tube Nanofiltration (DTNF).

The main components of a DT module are a tubular shell and layers of membrane cushions and hydraulic discs, held and tightened by a center tie rod.

There are plastic bumps distributed in a specific pattern on the disk surface. These enable the wastewater to mix as it flows along the membrane surface, thereby prevents scaling on the membrane surface. It is also helps when the modules were being cleaned with cleaning solvents.

The DTRO wastewater treatment system is often installed in 20 or 40 ft containers for easy transportation and installation. The DTRO containerized system can be used for many applications, including high salts industrial wastewaters and landfill leachate.

Our DTRO System is a highly effective process for removing contaminants from wastewaters such as:

  • Endotoxins/pyrogens

  • Insecticides/pesticides

  • Herbicides

  • Antibiotics

  • Nitrates

  • Sugars

  • Soluble salts

  • Metal ions
